Standing at a wide-shouldered 5’10, Billy Hargrove is a compact menace. He takes his form seriously and his lazy attitude belies a bulldog sensibility; when he’s not lifting, he’s running. Billy is fit and sculpted because that’s what gets you chicks. Billy sports shockingly blue eyes and brown locks that border on golden. The longer his hair gets, the more obvious the curls. It’s the 80s, he’s got a mullet. Business in the front, party in the back.
Bill wears tight jeans with low-buttoned shirts. Your mom notices. When he’s not peacocking, he wears basketball shorts and torn up crop tops. Jean jackets, leather jackets. He’s the pinnacle of 80s rock n roll.
Billy wears a St. Christopher medallion around his neck. He’s usually sporting a few bruises, but really, you should see the other guy.
LOOKING INWARD
Sort of. Billy was a sensitive kid with a father who didn’t like having a sensitive kid. Neil took his frustrations out on his wife and son, and Billy’s emotional wellbeing is well-calloused. If he doesn’t care, he can’t be hurt. But, he does care. He cared an awful lot when his mom left after years of domestic abuse without him. He cared even more when his father met, married, and moved in with a new woman less than a year later. A new woman and her god-awful kid.
He’s not a nice guy. He doesn’t want to take after his dad, but he does, doesn’t he? He takes his frustration out on those around him. When he isn’t ignoring Max, he’s bullying her to define the pecking order. Or, he was.
When he came across her lame fucking friends doing shady shit in the woods, Maxine stuck him full of drugs and threatened him with a nail bat. She told him to leave her and her friends alone, and to his chagrin, he’s currently trying to behave.
